The Management of Bakasyunan Resort and Conference Center provides clean, safe, and enjoyable accommodations, in this regard, we request for your cooperation in following our House Rules and Regulations.

  • Being an environmentally conscious hotel, bedding linens and hand/bath towel are changed on the second day of stay. Should the guest require extra bedding linens, pillows, towels, and toiletries corresponding charges shall apply.
  • Please switch-off lights, TV, aircon and other electrical appliances and please make sure all faucets/showers are properly turned-off when not in use.
  • Smoking along the corridors and inside non-smoking rooms is strictly prohibited. A Php 500.00 penalty per offense shall apply.
  • Please be courteous to other guests by keeping minimal noise in public areas and by refraining from playing loud music and making loud noise after midnight.
  • For your safety and security please close the room windows, keep the door locked when leaving the room, and turn over your personal belongings (jewelries, electronic devices, etc.) to the reception area. The management shall not be liable for any loss of personal property not turned over to the reception area.
  • Please immediately report any damages, or broken fixtures to the Front Desk so the resort can take the necessary actions.
  • This is a pet-free establishment under certain condition under a separate Resort/Hotel Pet Policy.
  • Guests are not allowed to attach anything to the floors, walls, ceiling, and other parts of the room, through any means, otherwise any damage caused shall be charged to the guest.
  • Guests shall inform the Hotel Management upon check-in of any personal effects they brought with them. Management shall only be liable for loss of property which has been declared.
  • Upon checking out, there will be a 15 minute clearing time that will be conducted by our Housekeeping staff to check and clear your room. Missing items from the room shall be charged to the guest’s account.
  • The Key shall be surrendered at the reception area as part of the checkout process. Lost key will be charged Php 500.00 per piece.
  • Rooms left in an uninhabitable state for incoming guests will be charged a full night’s stay and/or reimbursement of loss/cost of replacement. (For example lingering smells from market purchases, excessive mess, acts of vandalism, etc.)

Bakasyunan Resorts welcomes you and your pet to a delightful and exciting vacation! To ensure that we maintain the safety and well-being of all of our guests, please read and sign the following policy.

  1. Pet Fee
    There is a Php 500 per night nonrefundable pet fee. This shall cover the cost of disinfection and cleaning.
  2. Acceptable Pets
    Only small dogs or cats are allowed. A maximum of 2 pets shall be permitted per room. Dogs shall have a maximum height of 60 centimeters or 2 feet.
  3. Vaccinations
    Your pet should be up-to-date on all recommended vaccinations. A vaccination card shall be presented to the reception desk upon check-in.
  4. Leashes
    When it is out of your room, your pet must be leashed and accompanied by you at all times. All pets must be clean, well-groomed, and completely free of fleas or ticks.
  5. Pet-Friendly Areas
    Pets are allowed only in the room in which the owner is registered.
    Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant, the function room, or the game room.
    Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool area.
    Inside the room, the pet must be caged. Stained or damaged linens or furniture shall be charged to the registered guest, and must be paid immediately upon presentation of an invoice.
    During housekeeping service, the guest is required to remove the pet from the room.
  6. Pet owner should provide the following:
    a. Pet’s food and vitamins, food and water bowls, bed, fence / crate / stroller / carrier.
    b. Pet’s toys, trash bags, pee pads, diapers, scratching post.
    All equipment required for the upkeep and feeding of pets is to be provided by the guest.
  7. Pet waste
    Trash bags should be carried at all times, or the pet should wear a diaper at all times.
  8. Pet behavior
    The pet owner will be required to promptly address any complaints by fellow guests regarding noise or any other disturbance caused by the pet.
    In the event that any pet becomes overly disruptive or aggressive towards other guests or resort employees, the management shall have the right to remove the pet and/or cancel the guest’s visit; however, the visit must be paid for in full as originally reserved.
  9. Liability
    The resort and its employees shall not be liable for any loss, injuries, or illness of any pet for any reason whatsoever.


The guest accepts full responsibility for any and all liabilities, claims, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees for personal injury or property damage attributed to the pet(s). The guest agrees to reimburse such damages on demand.


Corkage will be charged for bringing food, liquor and drinks and electrical appliances.
